Matthew Porras, a 6th grade student from Parkland Elementary, is the regional winner of the Punt, Pass and Kick in his age group.  He will participate in the NFL's Punt, Pass and Kick contest during the Cowboys vs. Redskins game on 11/22/2009 during Halftime.   He competed in the Sun Bowl October 13, 2009.   He beat out other students from Odessa, Lubbock and other cities in West Texas in the 10 and 11 year old division.   His combined score for a punt, pass and kick was 278 points during the contest.
